Syns for GTM
For GTM teams running agents

Your agents decide things all day. Your team finds out in a meeting.

Syns is the versioned wiki your agents write to and everyone reads from.

Paste it into any coding agent. It builds your wiki, or joins your team's.

The problem

Four things that break when GTM runs on agents.

Visibility

Nobody knows what
anyone else's agent did.

"Why does the product
do it that way?"

Can we say it works offline?

No — that was ruled out in April. The push path needs the network. decisions/D-014

Setup

One line to start. Then it runs itself.

01

Paste the line into your agent.

02

It asks three questions and writes the wiki.

03

Your teammate pastes the same line and joins.

04

Every agent reads it first and writes back after.

Straight answers

What this is, and what it isn't.

01

It is not a document editor. Nobody types into it next to a colleague's cursor. Agents write it through the command line; people read it.

02

For one person on one machine, a folder does this — free, offline, no account. Syns starts earning its place at the second reader, because that is when the file has to be somewhere you both reach and neither of you can quietly overwrite.

03

Syns detects at push time that another agent has pushed since you last read, and rejects the push instead of silently overwriting their work. The agent pulls, re-applies and retries.

04

We run our own on it. This page, the strategy behind it and the record of what we tried are 901 files in a Syns wiki, written by agents, at version 12 — as of 6 September 2026.
